Musical highlights in the Stubai Valley – an experience for all the senses

When summer arrives in the Stubai Valley and the mountains glow in the warm light, a special time begins in Neustift: music accompanies everyday life. Our guests experience a variety of sounds, from gentle folk tunes to rock rhythms – embedded in the majestic Alpine backdrop.

During the Stubai Music Carousel, the village square in Neustift becomes an open-air stage. Here, brass band music, folk songs, pop songs and rock music come together, and visitors of all ages can sing along, sway to the music or simply enjoy themselves.

In autumn, the ECHT STUBAI highlights enrich the Stubai Valley. In the parish church of St. Georg, traditional Alpine folk music unfolds its magic and ensures unforgettable moments with impressive acoustics.

For hiking enthusiasts, there is the ‘Stubaier G’spiel und G’sang’ event, where folk tunes ring out on the alpine pastures around the Serles while the hiking trails lead through the colourful autumn landscape.

All events are free of charge and invite you to experience the musical soul of the Stubai Valley.

Schlick 2000

Adventure in Schlick 2000 – summer among peaks, playgrounds and nature experiences

In summer, Schlick 2000 is transformed into a real adventure land. Even the cable car ride up makes the Stubai Valley seem smaller, while a world full of experiences awaits at the top.

A highlight for families is the Tree House Trail: a lovingly designed adventure trail that leads over wooden footbridges, small climbing elements and imaginative tree houses. Children transform into forest explorers here, while their parents enjoy the scent of the mountain forest. Right next to it, the disc trail is sure to delight – on this steep path, you can roll wooden discs down the tracks, stopping again and again to look, laugh and continue running. This is a trail where the goal is not the summit, but playing together.

The slide track promises real action, offering the perfect mix of fun and speed. A few seconds of courage, a swing into the depths – and a big grin at the end.

If you want to take a break, there are cosy huts and sunny terraces where buttermilk, Kaiserschmarrn and clear mountain air taste equally good. For hikers and cyclists, the trails open up towards the Kalkkögel and further up into the mountains – a feeling of freedom that only the Alps can offer.

This makes summer in Schlick 2000 an experience you won’t soon forget: full of nature, adventure and stories that you’ll want to tell again and again.
